1. What this is

Super Jarvis ("Jarvis") is a personal AI assistant that runs on your own computer. It chats with you, remembers things across sessions, and can act on your computer: moving the mouse, typing, opening apps, and reading or writing files in your home folder. You are responsible for what you ask it to do.

2. Use at your own risk

Jarvis acts on your computer with the permissions you give it. You agree to use it at your own risk and are responsible for actions taken on your computer, including anything you ask Jarvis to do. We recommend reviewing what Jarvis does when it is new or after updates.

3. The service and its owner

Jarvis is operated by a single owner who hosts its "home server" (a small website). The assistant connects to that home server for updates, memory sync, and general service operation. The owner may access your data in order to operate and maintain the service, and may pause or resume the assistant. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is involved.

4. Updates

Jarvis may update itself automatically from the home server. By continuing to use it, you accept these updates.

5. No warranty

Jarvis is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be accurate, available, error-free, or safe for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage โ€” including to your computer, files, or data โ€” arising from your use of Jarvis. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (which is zero).

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Jarvis at any time by deleting its files from your computer (on Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Jarvis; on Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Jarvis). You may also ask the owner to erase your data from the home server.
